Many of us know Eva Vida as a dedicated Rotarian. A member of the Winnipeg Rotary Club for over 26 years, she has served in many roles, including Club President and District Governor, making a lasting impact on both local and global initiatives.

Eva’s passion for service has been deeply rooted in world community service and the Rotary Foundation. She has held key leadership positions, including her Club’s Foundation Chair, District World Community Service Chair, District Foundation Chair, Zone 28 Foundation Chair, and now, President of Rotary Foundation Canada.

Her dedication to Rotary and the Foundation has strengthened countless projects, benefiting communities locally, nationally, and internationally. In recognition of her outstanding contributions, I had the honor of presenting Eva with the Rotary Foundation’s Citation for Meritorious Service at a recent ceremony in Winnipeg.

Eva’s commitment exemplifies the spirit of Rotary—service above self. Congratulations, Eva, on this well-deserved recognition!
